Access our patient portal to view your myIndici information: manage appointments, order a repeat prescription and see all your lab results and reports
Our patient portal means you can book appointments online with any of our doctors – simply select a date and time that will work with your schedule. Each appointment lasts 15 minutes. This is suitable for discussing one or two problems. If you have a lot to discuss, we advise that you book two consecutive appointments.
Log in to our patient portal to order a repeat prescription for any of your regular medications. You collect your repeat prescription from our onsite Highbrook Pharmacy or choose your local pharmacy. Prescriptions are always at the doctor’s discretion. They may request a consultation (at least twice a year) to check dosages.
Review your lab test results via your myIndici patient portal. You can see both current and past lab results online. Don’t forget we will also call you if there’s anything that we need to tell you about – if you don’t hear everything, there is nothing to report. Log in to the patient portal to view all your online lab results.
You can use the patient portal to access copies of any correspondence we’ve sent to specialists, including referral letters. That might also include hospital visit information or documents, or information about treatment at a private clinic. Any reports that we send or receive will also be available, although this is not your complete personal health record.

Find the myIndici app on the App Store or Google Play, then you can see log into your patient portal any time using your phone.
